    Microsoft has indicated that Teams service has been restored. Customers should no longer see issues with the Twosense Microsoft Teams integration.

    Microsoft continues to report issues with the Teams service. Customers experiencing degraded performance with the Twosense Microsoft Teams integration are encouraged to follow Microsoft's status updates on the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    Microsoft Teams is experiencing issues, affecting manager approval responses via the Teams bot. Managers may see increased latency when attempting to approve or reject requests via Microsoft Teams.
